HTM 485 Senior Seminar students got to go on a field trip to Honolulu. They visited the Hawaii Convention Center where they toured the facilities and learned about the Convention Centers role in tourism on the island. They also got to visit Y. Hata & Co., Hawaii's premiere foodservice distributor, where they enjoying chilling in the giant freezers.
